Background:

Founded in Canada, Livestock is an Omni-Channel apparel and footwear boutique. Livestock curates luxury and high quality products from intentionally selected brands.

Deliverables:

  • Product flat lay illustrations and measurements

Goals:

  • Develop a cohesive system of flat lay illustrations

  • Improve user experience by providing more detailed textual and visual information

  • Improve Sale Conversion Rate

  • Improve AOV

  • Improve Refund and Return Rate

Design Question:

As a user, what improvements can be made to the Product Details Page to improve usability so that a more informed and confident buying decision can be made?

As a stakeholder, what improvements can be made to the Product Details Page in order to improve KPIs, conversion, and return-on-investment (ROI)?

Pain Points:

  • Customers do not have enough information about product specifics in order to make an informed and confident purchase

  • When customers receive their order and they are unhappy with the product due to wrong sizes and fit because of insufficient information, they have to go through the returns and exchange process or the product might be final sale

A/B Testing Results:

A/B testing was conducted to analyze how the new size chart element affected KPIs. The PDP with the new size chart element was tested against a PDP without. A/B testing results yielded positive outcomes with the addition of the new experience. KPIs improved, generated increased revenue, and returns were decreased.
