rennie Landscape is growing real estate brokerage of 300+ trusted advisors who use advanced market analytics and intelligent data to help individuals, organizations, and institutions make better investment decisions. By leveraging our diverse team of industry-leading experts, we can maximize potential returns and accelerate community transformation in a positive, meaningful way.
Deliverables:
Create a digital edition of the “rennie Landscape” on rennie.com that features text highlights, images, and video taken from (and in support of) the FW24 edition of the rennie Landscape.
Desktop and mobile wireframes and mockups
Goals:
Inform and Educate: Provide visitors with key insights and trends from the Vancouver real estate market.
Lead Generation: Encourage visitors to enter their contact information to receive a hard copy of the report.
Brand Awareness: Strengthen rennie’s position as a trusted authority in Vancouver real estate.
Design Question:
As a user, what improvements can be made to rennie Landscape by creating a landing page that is informative, accessible and mobile first and is engaging and reflective of the rennie brand.
As a stakeholder, what improvements can be made to the Product Details Page in order to improve:
Lead Capture/Conversion Rate: Number of users who submit their contact information for either hard or soft copy.
Engagement: Time spent on the page, bounce rate, and interaction with content.
Traffic: Number of unique visitors to the landing page.
Shares/Reach: Number of shares and reach of posts on social media.
Target Audience:
Financial Professionals: Individuals responsible for analysis and financing of real estate projects.
Real Estate Professionals: Advisors, investors, and developers.
General Public: Those curious about the Vancouver real estate market.
Pain Points:
Customers do not have a more accessible way of viewing reports and key information that rennie Landscape provides.
Outcome:
Designed a landing page template for rennie Landscape to be used for their bi-annual landscape reports that helped position rennie’s values, culture, and long-term goals.
